Pathetic support no one would care after warranty firstly the support person clearly mentioned that they cannot provide the guy to visit and customer will need to bring the pump to bawana completely insane because pumps cannot be removed and has to be checked when connected secondly support under warranty or out of warranty to be provided at customer location. When i argued for the same the person agreed and said that technician would cost 300 inr just as a visiting charge exclusive of repairs and other expenses which is totally irrelevant and overcharged for travelling from.bawana to rohini. Pathetic company do not buy pumps from them go with a reputed brand instead
cheap quality products, purchased a motor three months back only and it has stopped working. after sales service is pathetic. Dont buy any product of this company
