Was a big fan of them. Recently, started experiencing some quality issues with their products. They need to exercise good quality control on their products. Next time if I go there to buy anything, I will open the product fully and check every single corner and stich before making decision on buying. And since I believe this business is owned by a Marathi person/family, I will go there again with the expectation that there is an improvement.

A very good store with variety in cotton readymades. Worth trying.

Great clothes, but very lazy and rude staff. Even when you purchase clothes worth 10k, they are reluctant when you ask them to exchange one, even very next day of billing. Very rude behaviour by Akash, almost shouted at my dad twice. Never coming here again

I am highly dissatisfied with my recent visit to this Cottonking outlet. The customer service here is absolutely pathetic, specifically due to a staff member named Sameer Khedekar. He does not know how to handle customers properly. Instead of assisting, he was busy arguing and spoke very rudely. It is shocking that a brand like Cottonking hires staff who have zero basic manners. I strongly recommend that no one visits this store or buys any products here. Save your self-respect and money, and go somewhere where customers are treated with dignity. This should be a lesson to the management that such behavior is unacceptable.

Today I visited the Cotton King Thane outlet, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing shopping experience. The staff member was not cooperative and seemed unwilling to show multiple shirt options. I was told to first select a shirt and only then it would be shown properly. After opening and checking one shirt, when I wanted to see another option, I was asked to “decide first and then go for trying.” This approach is quite unprofessional because customers need to see and try different options before making a purchase decision. Shopping for clothes requires assistance, patience, and proper customer service, which was clearly lacking during my visit. I hope Cotton King management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior and customer handling at the Thane outlet. Would appreciate better service in future visits.
