Ordered paneer tandoori momos and veg tandoori momos through Zomato during navatri. And the restaurant sent me chicken tandoori momos and veg tandoori momos..spoiled my festival.. excellent..I had previously ordered so many times from u guys...but this time u guys ruined my navratri..shame on you...sent me refund of rs385..what a disgrace

I would like to share my recent experience at Mountain Momos. I had ordered Afghani Chaap and Tandoori Chaap, but despite standing in the outlet for over 25 minutes, my order was not served. Customers who came after me received their orders and left, while I was made to keep waiting. The owner, Mr. Nimish Gaikwad, asked me four times what my order was, showing that he had completely forgotten it. When I questioned the delay, he claimed there were many orders and that mine was "under preparation," which was impossible since the person taking orders did not even remember it. When I requested a cancellation, he became visibly irritated and returned my money in an unprofessional and angry manner. This poor service and attitude was extremely disappointing.

The variety of momos here is very impressive and their tandoori momos are a must try.

We are their customers from one small shop is located in khaugalli of gokul township. I give their reviews all time where they go. But one thing nothing changed yet and that is the taste of momos. When we go here we ordered first their tandoori momos and after that you choose whatever wants to eat. Rates are very reasonable and quality and taste is really good. Service also too good. After so long we ordered their chicken tandoori momos, chicken cheese fry momos and salted fries and lastly sizzling brownie. Dessert is too good in taste. Very enjoyable place. Hangout and enjoy.
